By using Notice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Notice is intended for personal self-observation and short structured entries.
2. What Notice Does
The app helps you record situations, thoughts, emotions, body sensations, reactions, tags, and notes. Some features may be available for free, while advanced features may be part of Notice Premium.
3. Not a Medical Service
Notice is not a medical, psychotherapeutic, or crisis service. The app does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, or emergency assistance.
If your life, health, or safety may be at risk, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
4. Your Entries and Privacy
You are responsible for the content of your entries and for who has access to your device, backups, and exported files.
Entries may be stored locally on your device and, if you enable sync, transferred through iCloud. iCloud processing is governed by Apple's terms.
5. Premium and Purchases
Notice Premium may unlock additional features, including iCloud sync, statistics, tags, flexible steps, and additional reminders.
Purchases, refunds, taxes, and payment data are handled by the Apple App Store under Apple's rules. Feature availability may depend on the app version, device, region, and iCloud settings.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Notice unlawfully or to violate other people's rights.
- Do not try to interfere with the app, bypass restrictions, or obtain unauthorized access to data.
- Do not use the app as the only source for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Notice name, design, text, interface, and code belong to the app developer or are used lawfully. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.
Your personal entries remain yours.
8. Availability and Changes
We may change, update, or discontinue individual app features. The app is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page, unless it states another date.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Notice is provided "as is". The developer is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, decisions made based on entries, or the unavailability of third-party services.
